 Varsity Boys Basketball

Lake Marion 59, Woodland 30

SANTEE -- Junior Monte Hilliard scored 14 points, grabbed five rebounds and had five assists to lead Lake Marion.

Freshman Michael Williams added 12 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists. Robert Jacques had 10 points for the Gators who travel to Battery Creek Friday.

North 74, Ridge Spring-Monetta 38

NORTH -- Devonte James recorded his sixth triple-double of the year, scoring 27 points, dishing out 11 assists and pulling down 12 rebounds.

Princeton Wright added 16 points for the Eagles (10-9, 6-7); Freddie Martino had 10.

Dreher 78, Swansea 68 (OT)

DREHER -- Alundrias Riley scored 20 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead Swansea.

Zack Green added 13 points and Josh Niles 11 for the Tigers (12-12, 2-8).

Faith Christian 66, Calhoun Academy 48

ST. MATTHEWS -- Jeff Rogers led Faith with 23 points.

William Granger had 16 for CA and Will Rhame 15.

Wilson Hall 78, Orangeburg Prep 45

Claude Latham scored 30 points in the win.

Sean Odom led OPS (7-19, 1-6) with 11 points and Michael Schriver had 10 points and nine rebounds. OPS will take on Florence Christian at home Friday.

Woodland 58, Garrett Tech 44BYRDS -- Rashad Edwards led Woodland with 14 and Kendrell Stevens had 11.

Woodland (14-7, 7-2) hosts Burke Thursday.

White Knoll 63, Orangeburg-Wilkinson 44

Devin Fields led O-W with 10 and K’sone Williams had nine.

Xen Singleton led White Knoll with 14.

St. Johns Christian 43, Holly Hill Academy 30

HOLLY HILL -- C.J. Downey led St. Johns with 13.

Zack Lawley led HHA with eight.

HHA (15-9, 6-5) hosts Calhoun Academy Friday.

Varsity Girls Basketball

Orangeburg-Wilkinson 62, White Knoll 26

Janee Simmons led O-W (13-11, 6-7) with 14 points and 13 rebounds.

Kimberly Henderson had 14 points and six steals; Rachel Blocker had 11 points and Jasmine Carson had 10 points.

O-W (13-11, 6-7) will play Friday at Richland Northeast.

Holly Hill Academy 54, St. Johns Christian 27

HOLLY HILL -- Cara Hutto had 13 points and 15 rebounds and Katie Carpenter had nine.

St. Johns was led by Mattie Janzen with 19.

HHA improves to 17-5 overall, 9-2 in region.

Calhoun Academy 40, Faith Christian 14

ST. MATTHEWS – The leading scorer for the Lady Cavaliers was Jessica Lyons with 19 points.

Calhoun Academy (9-10, 6-5) will play again Friday at Holly Hill.

Orangeburg Prep 46, Wilson Hall 37

Leading scorers for the Indians were Barkley Stoudenmire with 17 points (all in the second half), Kate Edwards with 13, Shiloh Durgreen and Cayce Ulmer each had 6.

The leading scorer for Wilson Hall was Ansley Ard with 19.

Orangeburg Prep (21-4, 6-1) will host Florence Christian on Friday.

JV Boys Basketball

Wilson Hall 46, Orangeburg Prep 26

Drew McDuffie led Wilson Hall with nine points. Watty Watford had eight for OPS (5-14, 2-5).

Woodland 50, Garrett 37

BYRDS -- Lovell Stevens scored 15 and Dakeem Hanten had 10 in the win for Woodland (10-5).

Calhoun Academy 36, Faith Christian 11

ST. MATTHEWS -- Trenton Shuler had 10 points for Calhoun Academy.

Ryan Sandifer added nine and D.C. Hutto eight.

JV Girls Basketball

Holly Hill Academy 50, St. Johns Christian 40

HOLLY HILL -- Abby Winquest scored 16 and Tressa Lawley had eight to lead HHA (17-1, 10-0).

Orangeburg Prep 43, Wilson Hall 24

Leading scorers for the Indians were Julia Bonnet with 14 points and Cassidy Hills with 10 points.

The leading scorer for Wilson Hall was Jamie McElveen with 7 points.

Orangeburg Prep (19-0, 7-0) will host Florence Christian on Friday.

Calhoun Academy 23, Faith Christian 7

ST. MATTHEWS – Leading scorers for the Lady Cavaliers were Melissa Cherry with 10 points and Lauren Roland with 7 points.

Calhoun Academy (11-5, 7-3) will play again Friday at Holly Hill.
