Private pesticide applicator training

GREENVILLE -- A private pesticide applicator training is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 29, from 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Greenville County Extension office, Greenville County Square, 301 University Ridge, Suite 4300, Greenville.

This certification is for private pesticide applicators.

However, if you need a commercial pesticide applicator's license, please contact the Department of Pesticide Regulation at 864-646-2150 or the local extension office for details.

The cost of taking the private pesticide applicator ce.jpgication is $50. Several videotapes will be reviewed with questions and answers, and then an exam will follow.

Classes will be limited to the first 25 people to register. Preregistration is required and non-refundable. A minimum of 10 people is required to conduct certificate training.
